If the camo paint stuck, the ABS surface was probably prepped somehow. Probably have to rough or prime the surface for the color of your choice. Your best bets are either elbow grease and a scotchbrite pad, or wet sand with 500 or 600grit wet/dry sandpaper. Good luck!

Acetone is your best bet. Spray/Pour it on, lightly scrub/rub it off.

if its latex spraypaint (yes that have that now), it could just peel off with some acetone help

Nailpolish remover too (same thing as acetone really)
